Our client service team is expanding, and we are seeking to recruit talented and ambitious executives who will share and engage in our vision as we continue to grow our business. 

We are looking for a senior executive to take responsibility for some major client relationships. This role involves leading the appropriate project teams while promoting ESA throughout your client’s organisation, ensuring they are making full use of the primary research we provide and developing our business with them.

Experience of mystery shopping and/or account management in a retail focussed environment would be very relevant, whilst communication, project management and organisation skills will be fundamental to your success.

Effective client management and the speedy delivery of accurate data are vital to the continued success of our Store Observation business. This information is at the heart of decision making in the retail trade, and you would be working with some of the biggest names in the industry.   

We are seeking executives at all levels to join this team, where account management and relationship building skills are as relevant as project management and analytic ability. 

To enable us to accelerate our growth through 2008 and beyond we are looking to create a new role, working in tandem with the leaders of our specialist teams to secure new clients for ESA.

We envisage the successful applicant will have a strong sales track record - either in market research or a closely related industry. Knowledge of the trade research techniques we use would be advantageous, as would experience of the retail sector – both fmcg and beyond – from the perspective of brand owners, retailers, or relevant service suppliers.  In addition, you would need to demonstrate energy, self-motivation, creativity, and a strong focus on results, as you work with our Directors and Senior Managers to help shape the future of our business.
