ESA continually invest above industry norms to ensure we use market leading technology. This enables us to lead innovation in each of our services, and more importantly to ensure clients obtain the maximum value add in the most efficient way. Some examples are:

  • Mystery Shopping: ESA employ a mystery shopping capability that is fully integrated from online allocation of work through online polling of results to real time reporting and access to individual store reports within 48 hours, all set within an actively managed quality control framework.
  • Consumer Research: ESA use a fully integrated scripting, survey and reporting suite so that surveys which may be a combination of, for example, online and telephone interviewing only have to be scripted once and results can be reported on an integrated and industry leading report suite.
  • In-store auditing: ESA continually upgrade hand held terminals to collect information faster, with improved validation of the information and ability to auto-poll information as it is input. These terminals are also used for structured customer interviewing.
